Listing data corrections
A property shown wrongly, or a listing that has sold. Include the address and what is incorrect. Note that our copy refreshes from the source feed, so a source-side error will return unless it is fixed there too — we will tell you which source the record came from.

Agents and brokerages
If you are a listing agent and want your contact details corrected or removed from our copy, write to the privacy address with the listing address. See Privacy Policy §7.

Things you can do without emailing us
Cancel your subscription or update your card — Settings → Billing. Cancelling stops the next renewal and leaves your access running to the end of the term you have already paid for.
Stop marketing email — we do not send any today (Privacy Policy §10). If we start, every such email will carry an unsubscribe link. Service and billing emails continue while you hold an account.
What we cannot help with
We cannot advise you on whether to buy a property, what a housing agency will approve, what rent to charge, or how to structure a purchase — see Terms §3. We are not a brokerage, an adviser, or a housing agency, and we are not affiliated with HUD. For voucher program questions, contact the public housing agency for that jurisdiction directly.
